Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
Our Approach to Privacy
Orion Leap is committed to respecting your privacy. This site is designed to be as privacy-friendly as possible. We collect as little data as we can, and we do not sell, share, or monetize your information in any way.
Information We Collect
Analytics
We use Umami Cloud, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand how visitors use this site. Umami is cookieless by default — it does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information (PII), and does not track users across sites. The data collected is limited to anonymous metrics such as page views, referrers, and device types. Umami Cloud's privacy policy is available at umami.is/privacy.
Contact & Scheduling
This site provides an email link (contact@orionleap.com) and may link to a third-party scheduling service (Calendly) for booking discovery calls. When you email us directly, your email address and any information you include are handled by your and our email providers. We retain your email only as long as needed to respond. You may ask us to delete it at any time. If you use a third-party scheduling link, that service operates under its own privacy policy, and Orion Leap does not control the data collected there.
No Forms, No Accounts, No Cookies
This site does not use contact forms, does not offer user accounts, and does not set cookies of its own. There is no mechanism on this site to collect, store, or process personal data beyond what is described above.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any data with third parties. The only third-party services used on this site are Umami Cloud (analytics, as described above) and potentially a scheduling link to Calendly. No other external services, trackers, or scripts are loaded.
Jurisdiction
Orion Leap is a Wyoming limited liability company operating remotely and internationally. This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information. Because this site does not collect or store personal data in the first place, there is typically nothing to access or delete from the site itself. If you have emailed us, just contact us and we’ll delete our copy of our correspondence.
Changes to This Policy
If our data practices change — for example, if we add a contact form or change analytics providers — we will update this policy and revise the “Last updated” date accordingly.
